Liliana Andrade y Bernardo Ortiz

Liliana Andrade is an architect and museographer. Among her most outstanding institutional projects are: the research, curatorship and museography of the "Temporary Department of Objects" (Idartes 2020 stimulus grant), the museography for the 44th and 45th National Artists Salon in Pereira and Bogota respectively (Ministry of Culture), the Colombian Pavilion at ARCO 2015 (Ministry of Culture), Cali 1970 (La Tertulia Museum of Modern Art) and Amanecer la Palabra (National Museum - Memory Center). Bernardo Ortiz is a sketch artists and writer. He studied art at the Universidad de los Andes (Bogota) and obtained a master's degree in philosophy at the Universidad del Valle (Cali). Among his most outstanding exhibitions are: Balance (Alarcón Criado Gallery, Seville), Baja resolución (Casas Riegner, Bogotá), Fricção (Luisa Strina, São Paulo), Borrar (Museo de Arte Moderno, Buenos Aires), Språk Havre Magasinet, (Boden, Sweden), 30 Bienal de São Paulo (São Paulo), XI Bienal de Lyon, 20 Bienal de Sydney. Curatorial projects: 41 Salón Nacional de Artistas (Cali), 7 Bienal do Mercosul (Porto Alegre).

El Boga Residency Liliana and Bernardo's residency project is entitled Institute of Popular Technologies. It seeks to identify processes and knowledge particular to the material (objects) and immaterial (ways of using them or doing things) culture of Mompox.
