Musician and Sound Artist. Graduated in Music with emphasis in Lyrical Singing from the Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), in Electronic Media and Time Arts, from the Master Producer Program in Dubspot (New York, USA) and from the Master in Sound Art from the Universidad de Barcelona (Barcelona, ESP).
Her sound practice revolves around experimentation in fields such as improvisation, composition, music in digital media and in real time, electronic arts and sound installations through multimedia and multichannel systems.
She has participated in exhibitions and concerts in Latin America, the United States and Europe.
She is the co-founder and director of Festival Este (2020) and UNBOT (2018); organisations dedicated to Experimental Music, Sound Art and Technology through laboratories, workshops, meetings and concerts. She is also a member of Redcla ( Network of Latin American women composers) and OFFAL (Orchestra for females and Laptops).
El Boga residency
Her proposal focuses on exploring the sound universe of Mompox, as raw material for the creation of a sound-installation work with the accompaniment of the artisan and sound community. During her time in Mompox, workshops and encounters will be held that will encourage the exploration of the natural and cultural sound universe of the Mompox region.
