A graduate in tourism from the University of Deusto (Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain), Francisco Javier (Xabi) is a fellow of the Global Training Scholarship programme run by SPRI, the Basque Business Development Agency. Xabi will be with us at El Boga this semester and aims to help raise the international profile of our artist residency programme and our cultural accommodation services.
Xabi will support the international promotion of Mompox as a tourist destination.
