El Boga Residence: FILIGRANA, In between now and yesterday.

This project is the opportunity to share knowledge, know-how, skills and the union of different cultures of today’s Colombian jewellery. It results from the exchange between a master in the technique of the Filigree, Eligio Rojas, and I, Simón Mazuera, where I contribute my knowledge of the Japanese technique known as Mokume Gane.

The idea is to exchange knowledge and maintain a constant dialogue between the two techniques in order to be able to create a series of pieces that reflect this exchange.
